This is a beautifully renovated apartment with hard wood floors and a view over the famous flower Market in Old Nice. One cannot stay in a more central and interesting part of the city! The apartment features a view of the Mediterranean ocean from every window!! One can literally look out over the sea from the bathtub! It is spacious at (58mē) and has been totally renovated. It is newly equipped and comfortably furnished. The apartment is located on the 5th floor (no elevator), as it is an historical building and elevators are forbidden, so we suggest this for our more adventurous and fit clients! However once you are in the apt. it is well worth it!! It is only 80 meters from the beach and close to all conveniences.
