It is nestled on the side of a beautiful valley, about 12 km. North to Bergerac. It is comprised of three elements, the main house, the Pigeonnier, and the Maison d'amis which are all connected. Together the property can sleep up to 12 people comfortably. The house has exposed stone walls, and wooden beams throughoutFrench doors open onto garden with tall trees, beautiful flowers, and sweeping views from the swimming pool across the green rolling countryside. Main House
Living/Dining Room: Located on main floor with beautiful furniture and monumental fireplace. Dining for 12. French doors open to garden.
Kitchen: Main floor, small but fully equipped with all appliances including dishwasher. Opens to separate laundry room.
Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with double beds
Bathrooms Two full bathrooms on first floor, one of which is en-suite.Separate W.C.
Pigeonnier:Small Pigeonnier, connects to main house by separate entrance. Has sitting room with original "baker's oven", shower room, double bedroom upstairs. Private terrace.
Maison D'Amis: Delightful little cottage, with its own tiled kitchen, sitting room, bathroom. On upper level has a huge double bedroom, and convertible sofa for two.
Swimming Pool: Panoramic view, 14 X 5 meters. Outdoor furniture.

Security Deposit: $1500 Held on a credit card by YOUR VACATION HOME
