The Apartment dUzes is a nicely renovated apartment on the top floor of a typical village house, complete with some fine wooden beams! It is well located in the heart of the historical market town of Uzes, with its quaint stone arches, and towers, and famous Saturday morning market. The apartment is very convenient being only a two minute walk to restaurants, cafes, shops. The apartment is only 35 kms North-west of Avignon, and 60 kms to the Mediterranean. What a nice base from which to explore all of Provence!!
Living/Dining Room: Living room, sofa, armchairs, CD/radio Cassette player, glass doors open to terrace.
Kitchen: Small kitchen, partly open to living room. Fully equipped, with stove, mini-grill, dishwasher, washing machine.
1 Bedroom: Nice sized bedroom with double bed. Wooden beams.
Mezzanine: loft area reached by staircase with two single beds.
2 Bathrooms:one bathroom with bath, hand basin, and WC. One bathroom with hand basin and WC.
Terrace:Patio furniture. Views over the "old town".
Price: September/May, June - Cdn $1300 per wk. $185.71/nt. to sleep 4! (2005)
July/August - $ 1450 per wk = $207.14 nt. to sleep 4!
Low season - $1250 Cdn per wk to sleep 4!
Extra Charges: - Linen is 11 Euro per person, and final cleaning is 35 Euros
Security Deposit:153 Euro to be paid by cheque and refunded upon departure less any charges.
