Apt.D'Áix is a comfortable apartment in the heart of the beautiful city of Aix-en-Provence. Aix-en-Provence is been referred to as the "Paris of Provence" in that it has worldly charm, history and amenities, but with the laid-back flavour of the south. The apartment is on the first floor (our second) and has been entirely renovated to a high standard. It overlooks the "Place du Marche",where there is an excellent market each Saturday. Through the narrow cobblestone streets one can walk to the Cathedral, the museums, the numerous 17th c. fountains, and great little restaurants. You can drive to the Mediterranean and old Port of Marseilles in 20 minutes and also go on day trips into the Luberon. What a lovely little spot from which to see all the sites of Provence!
DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMODATION:
Living/Dining Room: Sofa, (double sofa bed) dining table and chairs. Television. Nicely furnished, and decorated in the warm colours of Provence. Hardwood floors. Three large windows open to the Place au Marche. Air Conditioning & heating.
Kitchen: Corner kitchen opens to living area, fully equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, and microwave.
2 Bedrooms: Two Bedrooms on main floor, sleeps 4-6 80m², One with double bed. Large closets.
2 Bathrooms: with bathtub/shower, basin and WC.
Price: $1600 per wk- that's $228.57 per night to sleep 6 people!!
