Mas de Goussargues is a lovely old Mill Cottage dating from the 17th century. It is about 35 kms N.W. o the famous town of Avignon and 4 kms to Goudargues a cute little town with a canal and a few stores and restaurants. It lies in a wooded Valley with five acres of rolling hills with pine and oak trees. It has a little stream that also runs through the property. It has a well tended garden with mediterrean trees and shrubs and a lawn and sun terrace that surrounds the private swimming pool of 8 X 4 metres. The house is very well appointed and decorated with the original terra cotta tiles, oak beams, exposed stone walls, and stylish furniture including some period pieces. The stone walls are thick and thus keep the house cool even in the heat of summer.
