Provence - Maison DUzes Sleeps 8

This is a beautiful old stone 18th century "Mas" located just one km from the medieval market town of Uzes and just 25 kms NW of Avignon. It is in a perfect position to explore the many places of cultural and historical interest such as the famous Roman "Pont du Gard", and the towns of Avignon, Arles, Nimes, and Aix-en-Provence. The "Mas" has been restored in such a way to keep it's original charm, and features wooden beamed ceilings and exposed brick walls. The house is situated on a large domain of 20,000 m2 composed of enclosed garden with a large lawn, pool and a treed area, as well as a stone courtyard. It has beautiful views over the Cote de Rhone vineyards and towards the Cevanne mountains. What a fabulous spot from which to enjoy the culture and beauty of Provence!!
