This is a beautiful recently renovated house right in the centre of the interesting
and historical town of Blois. Blois is a bustling, attractive and prosperous town
from which one can easily go on day trips to the wine regions of Saumur and Sancerre
and visit all of the gorgeous Chateaux of the region. The train station is a 15
minute walk and there is direct train service to Paris (2 hours). The house is one
block from the Loire River. The neighbourhood is quiet and charming with a great
bakery and restaurants just a short walk away. Although the house looks narrow,
it occupies 3 deep stories of living space and was formerly a "Boulangerie". It’s
owners have lovingly restored this 300 year old house to a high standard while keeping
all of it’s historical charm. This is a great choice if you wish to be in the centre
of a great town in the heart of the Loire Valley!

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, dish-washer. Small
table. One can exit to the terrace( approx 60 sq ft) from the kitchen where there
is a table and chairs and charcoal Weber BBQ.

- 3 bedrooms: Two with double beds, one with single bed. 1 with en-suite bathroom
with shower, sink, WC. Nicely renovated with exposed stone walls and wooden beamed
ceilings.
