Lovely old farmhouse with typical rural architecture. The building jealously preserves its ancient origins and proudly shows off all its characteristic features: ceilings in wood and brick, walls in stone, brickwork arches and terracotta flooring. Surrounding the house and protecting it from the hustle and bustle of modern life is the beautiful Tuscan countryside, with its unending expanses of cultivated fields and gentle undulations covered with vineyards and olive grove. A few minutes away and accessible even with a healthy walk there is Marciano, an ancient medieval village dominated by the castle with its stately tower which rises above like a surly old sentinel. It forms at once an observation point and a warning for anyone with hostile intentions against the town's rulers. The house is beautifully kept and in the colourful garden there is a 5 x 12m swimming pool, a sauna in a nearby annex as well as a gazebo with table, chairs and barbecue. The interior decoration is very carefully chosen and tones in perfectly with the building's characteristics. Satellite TV.
