Beautiful old farmhouse set in a lovely position on the hills around the old medieval town of Castiglion Fiorentino that also has Roman origins. Dominated by its ancient tower the town today is full of shops and services. The owners have carefully restored the house and furnished it to a high level of comfort and elegance. Overlooking the Val di Chio it is a lovely place to relax and have a restful vacation. Old olive trees and woods surround the large garden. There is a gazebo, table tennis table, barbecue and 5x12m pool. Satellite TV. On request the owner will prepare typical Tuscan dishes.

Ground Floor: sitting-dining room with kitchenette and large stone fireplace, bathroom with shower, storeroom.
First Floor: : connecting room with double sofa bed, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and tub, double bedroom. First floor access is via an outside staircase and a loggia with lovely views or by an internal wooden staircase.
Equipmemt:washing machine, Espresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, freezer, oven, high chair, iron and iron board.
