Pretty apartment (50 m2) with many architectural highlights which have been obtained by the careful restoration of the ground floor of an ancient building in the historical town centre of the very ancient city of Cortona, a famous and cultural city set in a spectacular position over the Chiana valley and over Lake Trasimeno (public beaches and beaches where you can hire deckchairs etc). In front of the apartment, in a courtyard shared with another apartment is a small and equipped area with tables and chairs. Peaceful position. Public car park approx 150 m away. Access to the apartment for loading and unloading your car.
DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMODATION:
Ground Floor: the apartment is made up by two rooms which are separated from each other by a large arch, in the first room is the living area (TV) and kitchen with access to the outside and the second room has a double bed and a divan bed, 1 bathroom with shower (power shower), small laundry room (washing machine, sink).
Location:20 km Castiglione del Lago, 30 km from Arezzo known as the city of gold , Florence is within easy reach and takes about an hour by car.
