Casa Collina is the result of a painstaking restructuring of an old country house situated in an extremely panoramic position. There is a main building and an attractive outbuilding. This beautiful property is at the top of a hillside covered in age-old olive trees and woods, with lots of small roadways clambering here and there along the jagged ridges and opening unexpectedly onto splendid views. The complete panorama shows a seemingly endless floral-patterned garden whose colours change with the passing of the seasons. A short drive will take you to Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona and Arezzo. Close by is Lake Trasimeno, the largest of the central Italian lakes, with its beaches, islands and numerous hilltop townships enchantingly set into the natural beauty of a still-untouched land-scape. Both the main building and the outbuilding are decorated elegantly and with comfort. They are each equipped with satellite TV and with garden furniture and barbecues in their private outdoor areas. The beautiful 5 x 10m swimming pool is located between the two buildings.
