Six apartments that have been tastefully renovated with great care, immersed in
the classic landscape of the Chianti, in the heart of Tuscany. SAN BART 1-2-3-1C
are located in the ancient farmhouse and in the hayloft of the complex, while SAN
BART 4 and 5 are located in the town of Barberino Val d'Elsa, about 200 m from the
complex. The apartments SAN BART 2 and 3 face the main road via Cassia on one side
and the internal courtyard and countryside on the other. Panoramic position at the
edge of the medieval town of Barberino Val d'Elsa (food shop), on the ancient main
road via Cassia that links Rome and Florence.

Ground Floor: (90 m2) Gr. fl.: living room (satellite TV), kitchen/dining
room (oven, freezer, dish-washer), 1 bathroom with shower, lumber room. 1st fl.:
1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 single bedroom with an extra pull-out bed,
1 bathroom with shower. Private equipped outdoor area.

Shared: large equipped lawn with beautiful swimming pool (6x12) in a panoramic
position and laundry room (upon payment). Car park inside the property (approx.
200 m from SAN BART 4 and 5). It is possible to book the SAN BART 1 apartment for
6 sleeping spaces under the name SAN BART 1B; in this case the twin bedded room
with the small window and skylight will not be available. Comfortable furniture.
Baby-bed available. Central heating.

- Usually the swimming pool is available in the following periods: Italy: from 1/5
to 30/9, France: from 24/5 to 13/9, Spain and Portugal: from 20/3 to 30/9. Possible

- Pets allowed: Italy 1 pet max, France: 2 pets max – upon payment, Spain and Portugal:
no limits – upon payment. Any exceptions are stated in the property description.
